Step 01

The Initial Meeting

We start by getting to know your setting, current challenges, and your existing meal system. Enjoy optional tasters of our menu and let's mutually decide if we are the perfect fit for your children.

Trial or Proceed

Once you decide to go ahead, choose the path that suits your setting best:

Direct Menu

Work directly with us to create your initial 2-week rolling menu at your desired package point.

Paid Trial Week

Includes full onboarding to our Web App and a walkthrough to experience the full benefits. If happy, we proceed to create your 2-week rolling menu.

Step 03

Confirm Partnership

To finalise our partnership, our comprehensive Service Agreement is shared and mutually signed, securing your package point and catering schedule.

Step 04

Upfront Setup & Prep

A 1-month upfront payment is taken, approximated based on estimated portions for a 4-week period. This allows us to hit the ground running:

Securing specialised stock for complex dietary profiles.
Preparing your setting's dedicated hot-holding transport equipment.
Completing Parent and Setting Web App onboarding tasks.

Step 05

Daily Operations

You're fully up and running! From here, your nursery inputs daily portions and specific dietary requirements directly via the app, ensuring you are only charged for the exact portions you require.

Step 06

Ongoing Invoicing

After the initial month, any over or under-approximations from the upfront estimate are perfectly reflected and adjusted. Moving forward, standard fortnightly invoices are issued in debit of the previous 2 weeks' exact ordering.

Fully Customisable Menus

While an initial menu is agreed upon, it always remains fully customisable. Whether you need to make small adjustments within chosen meals, swap sides, or swap out meals entirely, your menu works around your exact needs.

Step 02

Morning App Ordering

Control your portions accurately using our dedicated Web App. Daily orders are placed easily before 9:15 AM each morning, meaning you only ever request—and pay for—exactly what you need that day.

Step 03

HQ Prep & Labelled Delivery

Meals are freshly cooked in our Sheffield HQ and delivered precisely at your desired meal times. Every item arrives uniquely labelled with clear dietary profiles, allergen notices, and useful information, ensuring complete peace of mind for your team and parents.

Step 04

Feedback & Refinement

The following morning, we collect feedback on the previous day's meals via your standard daily order form. This critical loop helps us fine-tune recipes and learn what types of meals and service methods work best for you, informing any future swaps and adjustments.

Step 05

Fair Fortnightly Invoicing

Because you input exact portions daily, your invoices are perfectly accurate. Every two weeks, you are invoiced only for the portions you ordered, supported by flexible 30-day payment terms to help with your setting's cash flow.
